Plantation Drive DHAI-R (Monsoon 2020)

DHAI-R is already working on “GO GREEN PAKISTAN” concept. Plantation drive at DHAI-R for Monsoon 2020 started on 27 July 2020. Whereby native, shady and fruit trees are being planted at selected/available sites. So far, 28131 Plants (of sorts) have been planted by Senior Citizens, Kids, Ladies, Gents and staff. Moreover, donors from society also participated in this cause. Likely 50,000 plants are targeted to be planted by 30 Sep 2020.

Dengue Measures - DHAI-R

• Total Hot Spots - 1354
• Location - Nullahs, filter plants, Mosques, Local Centers, Under construction houses, Plazas, Accommodations, Slush points)
• Stages
       -> Feb - Jul - Larvae identification / killing period
       -> Jul onwards - Fumigation / Spray to kill mosquito (started from first week of June)
• Total Teams
       -> Survey Teams - 2 x each Ph (Doctor, Nursing Assistant, Labour)
       -> Larvae Killing Teams - 3 x each Ph (Manager Admin, Supervisors, Labour)
• Activity
       -> Survey under construction houses / plazas / selected residential units / misc places.
     

Corona Virus Measures

• Temperature checking at entry points
• Strict security check on public places
• Free checkup at DHA Clinics and Covid 19 test facility at DHA Clinic Ph 2 at nominal rates (Rs 2000/-)
• Public places are disinfected (on daily, alternate, and weekly basis). Details as under:-
• Areas covered: Main Gates (Check Posts), Mosques, Commercial Plazas (inside), Bank ATMs, Local Centers (inside), Offices and Grave Yard.
